How long does a hearing evaluation take?

A complete diagnostic hearing evaluation and consultation takes between an hour and an hour and a half.  This evaluation is absolutely necessary in order for the audiologist to assess your particular hearing problems. It also includes an examination of your ear canals to determine their shape and whether there is excessive wax or an underlying medical condition.
