Molly J. Dillon, Au.D.

Dr. Dillon is certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.  She brings both experience and expertise from a variety of audiological settings, as she has enjoyed a diverse range of professional experiences.  Not only has she worked with many prominent otolaryngologists at St. Josephs Hospital in Kansas City, but she has also expanded her professional repertoire in working as a consultant for one of the world’s largest manufacturers of hearing instruments.   By choosing a wide variety of settings during her professional career, she has gained valuable insights into the many aspects of the profession of Audiology. 

Although she enjoys working with all ages and in all facets of her field, Dr. Molly Dillon is particularly interested in the areas of hearing instruments, aural rehabilitation, and assistive listening device technology. She has been a guest speaker for many local organizations and has presented educational lectures on hearing loss and hearing aid technologies.

Dr. Dillon and her husband are residents of beautiful Bella Vista, Arkansas. 

Hope E. Rowe, Au.D.
Audiologist

Dr. Rowe is an Arkansas native who grew up in Central Arkansas and graduated from White Hall High School in 2003. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Pathology from the University of Central Arkansas in Conway in 2006. During her undergraduate studies, Dr. Rowe attended an Audiology class that would ultimately spur her decision to pursue her Doctorate in Audiology at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock. She finished her studies as an extern at an Ear clinic in Minneapolis, MN, and graduated in May 2011.

Regarding her decision to become an Audiologist, Dr. Rowe states that she “…liked the optional work environments available to an Audiologist…” and the broad range of people she can serve, from infants to seniors.

On her move to Northwest Arkansas she says, “I enjoy Bella Vista with its ‘small town’ feel and the people are great. I like that shopping, entertainment and recreation are all so close and readily available.”

Dr. Rowe is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and the American Academy of Audiology.

Terrie McMillan
Office Manager

Terrie has been with Bella Vista Hearing Center since 2009. She and her husband live in Bella Vista, AR.

Josie McMillan
Receptionist

Josie has been with Bella Vista Hearing Center in a part time position since mid 2010. She is now the full time receptionist. She and her daughter live in Bella Vista, AR.
